Position Overview
We are currently seeking various asphalt operators to operate an asphalt spreader, asphalt screed, and asphalt rollers.
Essential Functions
- Operate asphalt equipment to perform tasks on construction and project sites.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Complete tasks efficiently and according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance as needed.
Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience operating asphalt equipment.
- Previous experience paving commercial parking lots or residential driveways.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Dependable and hard working.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans.
